We have recently finished building our first home with Peter Betros Homes and have been so happy with the overall product, our dream home.

It is a rare occurrence these days to find someone to go beyond your expectations which is exactly what Peter and Teena did for us. They made our experience smooth, easy and really fun.

I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with such a lovely family business, who put so much effort into giving us everything we dreamed of. There was no people passing on messages we always spoke to Peter. Peter always kept us up to date with everything that was going on and their Drafts people go above and beyond to make sure we are happy. Every Tradesmen Peter used was happy to help us with decisions and the follow up was great. The Quality of fitting used throughout our home were excellent.

Thankyou Teena for spending time with me driving around looking at color schemes, tips and help in choosing everything. We can’t thankyou both enough for the level of service we continued to receive. You made our experience truly amazing, and can only hope to get the chance to build with you again one day.

We asked Peter to renovate various rooms within our house. We are extremely happy with the results and have received positive comments from friends about the improvements to our home. Peter listened to our ideas and offered suggestions for the best ways to achieve what we were envisaging. He was very efficient, organized and approachable. All those who worked on the house, under Peter’s direction, were very courteous, polite and professional in their work. The end result was on time and on budget, and we will be recommending Peter in future.

I just wanted to tell you how happy we are with the renovations you performed on our building at 102 Margaret Street. The front stairs and new deck look amazing. Thanks for your great advice and flexibility – you were able to accommodate our budget and the end result is fantastic. I’m also really impressed with your professionalism. You always called when you said you would, turned up on time and the job took less time than you originally quoted which meant our business was disrupted for only a few days.

After a bad experience with a building company before building our first home we were hesitant to look around for a new builder, but a friend put us on to Peter. We felt comfortable with Peter and his wife and the whole process from start to finish was very enjoyable. They were very easy to work with and happy to offer advice and guide us where needed. We really didn’t want to go with a Specy builder and have to pick one of their plans, we had tried this before and found that if we wanted to make changes the price increased very quickly, and we also wanted something that was unique for us. We went along to see Peter’s experienced drafter’s where we told them what we liked, what we didn’t like and our budget.

They were extremely helpful and easy to work with. They come back with plans that were ours to own and OUR design it was very exciting. It was an easy decision for us to use them again when we decided to build our second home and we will be using them again soon when we build again. The countless changes and indecisiveness on my part was never too much for Peter, he made it happen and it is those little things that go such a long way in making our experience with Peter Betros Homes such a memorable and enjoyable one.
